I am going to tell how I can change this for you but before we get started, let me tell you a bit about myself and then I will give you an outline of my online business programs. These are the ones I currently use to generate multiple streams of income.

After 25 years, I retired from the Canadian Military and have a background in Business Management. My partner Pam, 3 beautiful children, and two gorgeous grandsons Kaiden and Quincey, are the inspiration of my life.

During the past 12 years, I was involved in several entrepreneurial experiences, all of which I like to think taught me a lot about business and myself.

My first network marketing business experience was in 2004 with a Multi-Level Marketing Company. I purchased the web sites, leads and products from the company or my upline. Sticking cards on car windows and posting ads on all the bulletin boards in the community. As you can imagine, this became time consuming, very expensive and not very profitable. (Does this sound familiar? :-)

I decided I needed to learn how to make online residual income . I needed to learn how to make money other than hustling my family and friends. I had little knowledge of internet marketing and there was a lot of information to digest but I was excited and motivated to learn.

There's absolutely no mystery to what I do or what I've accomplished. I just keep an open mind and researched many different programs. Focusing on one thing at a time is the key to your success. In recent years I've branched off into more passive income opportunities that make selling and recruiting optional, not required.

I can teach you everything you need to know about making money with my online business programs if you are serious and willing to take action. But I'll tell you straight up - it's no free ride in the park. You have to work. But it is simple and fun once you understand leveraging and marketing and I will share that with you later.

I haven't met you yet, but you can agree that we usually do business with people we like. With so many scams and web sites out there trying nothing more than to separate you from your hard earned cash, I feel it is important to build relationships.

I would like to connect with you, share interests and build our relationship. Relationship building and trust is key when involved in an online home business. We may be similar in many ways, I don't know.

Web sites and emails take away from the personal touch. You won't find me hiding behind my web site or emails like so many others do. I will provide you with all my contact info.

If you were or still in network marketing, you may have experienced the struggles and like many of us wasted our time and money by pitching to our friends and family, holding presentation or meetings, cold calling strangers, etc., you would be happy to here that there is a formula that is completely different than the traditional ways to building online business opportunities.

I will reveal everything to you. But before I do that, I want to tell you the things I do not do to build passive income.

What I Do

I work only with people who have searched me out first. And there is a specific formula that works like a charm. You see I have people coming to me first and when that happens everything changes. The whole problem of facing rejection simply becomes a non-issue because you're only talking with people who want to talk to you.

One thing you see here is that this site is my personal name-branding site and not a cookie cutter replicate site. Replicate sites cannot be personalized and the search engines do not rank them very high if at all because they are not unique. Websites really don’t validate trust or build relationships when it comes to getting involved in business opportunities.

I built this site to create more trust and build relationships with my prospects. Would you feel more comfortable contacting someone who is friendly, down-to-earth and shares the same interest? Doesn't it make it easier to contact them? Don't you pretty much feel like you already KNOW them? This online relationship-building strategy will work for you as well.

Hobbies and Interests

My passion is healthy lifestyles and network marketing. My interest and enthusiasm come from helping people with health challenges. And to help others create online business that they can earn real residual income from.

As a proponent to life learning, I am also interested in personal growth, cooking, genealogy, health and fitness and as a typical Canadian, an avid hockey enthusiast. During the winter months, you can find me on the weekends officiating kids hockey games in the local minor hockey arena.

My History

I am the youngest of three and with that the one to follow my father's footsteps, My father was also in the military and although I was born in Nova Scotia, we never really lived here until my high school years. I started school in Werl, West Germany and moved around quite a bit. Yup that makes me an Army Brat!

When I retired from the military, I had some great jobs but my desire was to be with my relatives and family so I returned to my home town and eventually looked online for a business opportunity that I could do from my home in Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia ( or "Skosha" as we affectionately call it) is a beautiful province on the east coast between the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay of Fundy (noted for the highest tides in the world.). The Beauty of its fishing villages along both coasts, north to the Cape Breton, Highlands and through the rich beauty of the Annapolis Valley, is a great place 4u2sea.

Effective Network Marketing

The beauty of the internet is you have the world at your fingertips. Think of all the customers you can offer your products and services to. If you can master online marketing, you will never have to worry about your finances again.

What I mean is effective online marketing, which is NOT just throwing your money away trying to generate business. I mean using as little cash as possible to generate the biggest return. Yes, there are always costs associated with any sort of marketing. Whether the cost is time or money, there is always a cost.

See, if you can master the skill of marketing, then it doesn't really matter what program or product you have. Programs and products will come and go, but your understanding of how to market effectively will last forever.

Just be very aware of the return you are receiving for your effort. I caution where and how you spend your money. I seen and been burned by a few online businesses but I've learned from my mistakes.

So how do I get people to come to me without cold calling, recruiting or selling?

By using an automated system that will bring trust and credibility to your customers based on who you are.

I'm like a tour guide. I show people where to get information, take their order and offer them support and assistance until they feel comfortable in getting started. As time goes on, it becomes a two way street and both of us benefit.

When people buy your product or service, they buy YOU. People buy from those who they have built a trust with. You can have the best products in the world, if they don't know you, they may not always buy from you.

• Post your web sites in the search engines.
• Use pay per click search engines like Google.
• Use auto responders which are value based.
• Write articles and submit them to article directories.
• Post on forums and put your web site address in the signature block.

These are some of the things I use to get people coming to me. These systems are not totally automated but they bring prospects to me by phone or email.

I have not used these tools yet but are very useful as well.

• Pay Per Click such as Google adwords.
• Audio Tools, which allow you to put your voice on your web site and in emails and make you more human and authentic to your visitors and allow your words to tell people what to do.

Leveraging to Create Your Wealth

You MUST leverage your time and income to create wealth. Yes, you must work very hard, but having 25 others working towards building your business as well as their own business is the most powerful form of leverage there is. Leverage is what separates the poor from the middle class and wealthy.

The poor will learn how to use enough leverage just to get by. The middle class will wait until they can look at their life and say, "Gee, I think I'm comfortable" and then stop adding leverage to their lives.

But the wealthy will keep adding more and more leverage throughout their lives to create more and more wealth. Wealthy people understand that creating wealth involves leveraging their time and money. And that’s why there are a lot of poor and middle class working for them.

But what is leverage, really?

Well, my Thesaurus says it's "influence, power, force, control, pull, weight." Simply put, leverage is doing more and more with less and less.

Less of what? Less time, less effort, less energy, less worry, less investment.

More of what? More income, more results, more value, more free time.

If you're currently trading your TIME for DOLLARS, you can only exchange about 14-15 hours a day and only earn so much (and you're literally selling your life). But if you can LEVERAGE time and have "systems" set up that run on their own, there's virtually no limit to how much you can earn.

So... the true secret to living an abundant life is not learning how to find a great job, but learning how to leverage your life.

Now, there are certain forms of leverage that most people have absolutely no clue about. These are only used by a very small majority of every society who use them to live a life of abundance.

The funny thing is, the ones who don't know about this kind of leverage are taught to believe that these things are "too risky"! Ironically, that's exactly why they never become wealthy themselves.

How do you leverage Time?

Well, one of the most popular ways is to become a business owner. This is someone who leverages their time by having people work for them, or maybe they own a network marketing business where they earn a percentage from other people's efforts (their downline).

The other way is to be an Investor. Someone who uses money as leverage.

But how do you leverage Money?

You let other people's money work for you.

* Your bank makes money with your money.
* Your insurance company makes money with your money.
* Your mortgage company makes money with your money.

Understand why leverage is so important because leveraging time is the single greatest secret of the wealthy.
