I always had an interest in computers. When I joined the Canadian Forces, in 1974, we were the first course trained to automate the Canadian Forces Inventory System on the IBM 5258. Wow that is ancient! The computer was as big as the desk I use today for my home business. It houses my tower in the lower right side cabinet.

When I retired from the military, I had some great jobs but working for someone else wasn't what I really wanted to do. My desire was to be with my family and travel so I returned to my home town and eventually looked online for a business opportunity that I could do from my home in Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia ( or "Skosha" as we affectionately call it) is a beautiful province on the east coast between the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay of Fundy (noted for the highest tides in the world.). My passion for health and wellness alternately led me to joining a company in the wellness industry.
